I am a tutor who believes in finding out where my students are with their knowledge and education, and then build on top of that. I work with my students to ensure they understand what we are learning, and that they have no difficulties in grasping new material. I have been a tutor for seven years, and have taught a variety of subjects, from English to Chemistry. I have a great love of the Sciences, and helping students expand their knowledge in this discipline. I also love to work with them in improving their writing, and have previous experience working at the Taylor University Writing Center.I am available to work with students in the following subjects: Elementary and Middle School Math, Geometry, Statistics, Trigonometry, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1-4, Chemistry, Biology, Organic Chemistry, Reading, Writing, Grammar and Mechanics, Psychology, Biochemistry, Physical Science, Public Speaking, Life Sciences, Philosophy, Religious Studies, and Social Studies.I graduated from Taylor University, where I earned my B.A. in Psychology, with minors in Biology and Chemistry. When I'm not working, I love to read books, write, go running, spend time with my friends, and go all over Chicago.
